amazing stay, seriously!
friendly staff delicious dinner comfortable sleep
I loved the friendly and skilled team! dinner at the brasserie was great, and breakfast was really good too. The hotel clearly cares about the environment! i found the two pillow types perfect, so i had a good night's sleep.
the check-in experience wasn't perfect, but it was resolved quickly.

lack of air conditioning loud highway noise
the breakfast was comprehensive i guess so that was acceptable
the room was far too hot it felt warmer than outside there was no air conditioning available that was disappointing a lot of noise came from the highway i could also hear people talking under the window it was difficult to sleep well

lovely hotel stay!
lovely gardens amazing lunch quiet setting
i attended a conference this week. i loved the lovely gardens. the lunch was AMAZING!!! i am definitely coming back with my family soon. the setting was really nice and quiet.
upon check-in, the staff member seemed abrupt. i presented a gift voucher that was confirmed valid, but she questioned its validity. this spoiled the start of the evening.

urine smell bathroom mould
the breakfast had a great selection and i thought it was quite lovely.
the place felt a bit run down. when i walked into the room, it smelled strongly of urine. also, i found mould in the bathroom near the bath (which was pretty grim).

Really good Service and Comfort

The gentleman at check in, Carlos, was accommodating and provided early check in with a smile. Paudie, the barman, offered recommendations to American guests. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily.
The mobile heater was placed after a few hours due to my room being cold, even after informing the front desk twice.

Bar food tasted very delicious and was enjoyable. There was a good selection of drinks available at the bar. The restaurant offered many choices and tasty meals for breakfast and dinner.

great amenities big room lovely food cold hotel dirty carpets dirty seating
the premises had great amenities. the room was big and it included everything i needed. the food was lovely and i had a very good dinner.
i found the hotel cold. i had to ask them to turn the heat on and staff acknowledged it was off. the carpets and seating need a good clean, especially the restaurant bar seats. i found there were trays of drinks and room service leftovers all along the corridor when i got out of the lift.
